Turn records into better decisions

Better timing. Better quality.
A stronger next production run.

DELIVERY FOLLOW-UP

Make arrival plans more practical.

Use purchase dates, expected arrivals and actual receipt dates to review supplier performance with your account team.

  • Identify outstanding quantities and delayed arrivals.
  • Prioritize urgent SKUs and discuss split deliveries.
  • Refine reorder timing using previous arrival records.
The goal: fewer surprises between production and warehouse intake.
QUALITY FOLLOW-UP

Bring warehouse feedback back to the factory.

Connect recorded defects to the purchase task so quality discussions start from a specific delivery, product and supplier.

  • Review defective quantities against received quantities.
  • See warehouse rejection and return-to-factory handling in the client app when goods fail quality checks or do not match the order.
  • Agree inspection expectations and corrective action.
  • Feed recurring issues into specifications for the next run.
The goal: consistent expectations across repeat production orders.

Questions, answered

Before your next production run.

Is this feature available now, and who can access it?

Yes. Stock preparation and purchase task visibility are already live in our client app. Access is enabled according to customer tier, with particular value for larger customers holding inventory. Contact your account manager to confirm eligibility and activation.

Can you work with factories we already use?

Discuss your existing suppliers, products and production requirements with our team. We can agree the coordination scope, receiving arrangements and information needed for follow-up.

How do we follow goods that arrive in multiple batches?

The stock preparation view separates purchased, in-transit and received quantities by SKU. Associated purchase tasks provide the receipt quantities and dates available for each task, helping your team identify what is still outstanding.

Does the system show every factory production milestone?

The view shown here focuses on stock preparation, purchase tasks and arrivals. Custom production milestones, sample approvals and update frequency are agreed with your account team for your project.

How is quality management handled?

If goods are poor quality or do not match the order, our warehouse rejects them and returns them to the factory. The rejection and return handling are also reflected in the client app, so you can follow the issue with your agent. Purchase tasks include defective quantities; inspection scope and acceptance standards are agreed for each product and project.

Can we see the workflow before starting?

Use the sample record above, or ask our team for a walkthrough relevant to your products and supplier setup.
