About This Role

We're looking for an experienced Chief Revenue Officer to lead our international expansion. This is a senior leadership position for someone who deeply understands the global e-commerce ecosystem and can drive our brand presence, partnerships, and revenue growth worldwide.

You'll work remotely with periodic visits to our China headquarters, leading a team to establish Naishi as a premier supply chain partner for DTC brands globally.

What You'll Do

Develop and execute global go-to-market strategies for new markets
Build and lead international sales and business development teams
Establish strategic partnerships with e-commerce platforms, agencies, and influencers
Drive brand awareness through community building and industry events
Own revenue targets and customer acquisition across all international markets
Create localized marketing strategies for different regions (US, EU, SEA, etc.)
Collaborate with China HQ on product development and operational improvements

What We're Looking For

7+ years in e-commerce, dropshipping, fulfillment, or related B2B services
Proven track record of building and scaling international revenue
Deep understanding of overseas communities, paid advertising, and payment/fulfillment ecosystems
Experience with Shopify ecosystem, DTC brands, and cross-border e-commerce
Strong network in the e-commerce/dropshipping industry
Exceptional communication skills; fluent in English (Mandarin is a plus)
Self-starter who thrives in fast-paced, entrepreneurial environments
Willingness to travel to China quarterly for strategic alignment
