How We Work With You

Quotes, invoices, payments and after-sales each get their own group, so nothing gets mixed up. We set it up in the app your team already uses.

WhatsApp is our default. Telegram and email work too.

WhatsApp example: Store A and Store B each have their own groups for quotes, invoices, payments and after-sales. In the Store A invoices group, your agent posts today's fulfillment invoice.

Slack example: a section for each store, with channels for quotes, invoices, payments and after-sales. In the Store A quotes channel, your agent shares quotes and keeps the Google Sheet updated.

Discord example: a category for each store, with channels for quotes, invoices, payments and after-sales. In the Store A after-sales channel, your agent logs a case and posts the resolution.

Working Days and Hours

Your agent works Monday to Saturday, in China business hours (9AM–10PM CST). In those hours, replies typically come within 30 minutes. Messages sent after hours are picked up first thing the next working day.

  • Sundays, by arrangement

    If something needs handling on a Sunday, agree a time with your agent and they'll work with you then.

  • Holidays, agreed in advance

    Tell your agent which days need cover. They'll come online at a fixed time, such as a set evening window, to create invoices and keep fulfillment going.

  • Warehouse, seven days a week

    Our warehouse team works Monday to Sunday.
